2014 Feminine Collar Designs

Continuing with our discussion of feminine collar designs, here is a new style for 2014 -- Pleated Flair Collar -- in variations.

It is best to use fabric that is soft and lightweight for this type of collar design.  Proof of concept is available via our modest dickeys bearing this new style.
